Warranty on new products

The products sold by Aquamassages.ca are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and/or abnormal degradation for a period of 5 years.

Any product having a manufacturing and assembly-related failure within the first year of purchase is subject to on-site repair by a certified technician.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from faulty installation or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations available in the owner's manual delivered with the product.

This warranty does not cover the deterioration of a finish resulting from the use of a bleach-based product, ammonia or any other molecule that may affect steel or chrome surfaces.

Water flow cartridges (Shut off valves) are warranted for 15 years from the original date of purchase.

Warranty on refurbished products

Products sold by Aquamassages.ca bearing the mention ''refurbished'' are covered by a 2-year warranty according to the same regulations as the warranty on new products.

Warranties on products for commercial use

Products sold by Aquamassage.ca used for commercial purposes (Commercial, rental properties, high traffic locations) are covered by a 3-year warranty according to the same regulations as the warranty on new products.

Maintenance

In order to keep the product in good general condition, it is important to maintain it and perform the recommended maintenance to avoid premature wear of certain parts and/or finishes.

Stainless Steel: Wipe clean after each use. Wash the surface with a mild soap and a damp microfiber cloth. If lime spots appear, you can use a non-abrasive liquid car wax in the problem areas and rub very gently. Rinse well after application.

Chrome: Removable chrome parts can be removed, then put in a descaling solution according to the descaler manufacturer's recommendations and using a small brush to scrub off excess limescale. Rinse well after application.

Returns

New Products

New products sold on the Aquamassages.ca site benefit from a 30-day return policy following receipt of the product. The product must be returned at the buyer's expense and must be received in perfect condition in its original box in order to receive the refund. The aquamassages.ca team may, without notice, refuse a return if the conditions are not met. If a return is refused, a partial credit may then be made if we consider that the product can be repaired or we will simply return the product to the original purchaser.

Remanufactured products

Remanufactured products sold on Aquamassages.ca benefit from a 15-day return policy following receipt of the product. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The product must be returned at the buyer's expense and must be received in perfect condition in its original box in order to receive the refund. The aquamassages.ca team may, without notice, refuse a return if the conditions are not met. Insofar as the return is refused, a partial credit may then be made if we consider that the product can be repaired or we will simply return the product to the original purchaser.

Replacement parts

Replacement parts sold on Aquamassages.ca are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Final sale on all replacement parts.

Discounts of 40% and more

Products sold at a discount of 40% or more are final sales without exception.
